Our 2023 Riesling has a perfumed nose showing pretty notes of frangipani, orange blossom and jasmine. There are hints of golden delicious apple, lemon rind and ripe pomelo grapefruit. The palate is silky with lean acid with yellow passionfruit, lemon custard, and talc. The acid is mouth watering, and the texture is silky and rounded, this complexity coming from the wine’s 100% maturation in Austrian oak foudres.
