The 2011 Prestige is the 3rd iteration of this wine, it is a small production wine only made in the most exceptional years. The Prestige cuvee is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. The wine shows rich characters from the 12 years spent on lees. 
 

Our new release Riesling is beautifully balanced example of cool climate Riesling, it is a pure expression of terroir – crisp, incisive and dry. The texture is silky and rounded, this complexity coming from the wine’s 100% maturation in Austrian foudres. The previous vintage recently featured in Tyson Seltzer's top 250 wines of Australia of 2024.

Our 2016 Blanc de Blanc like all of our sparklings is crafted méthode traditionnelle, with 7 years on lees and over 12 months under cork pre-release which promotes complexity. A generous palate with rich tertiary elements making this wine's length long and delicatable.

Our 2023 Estate Pinot Noir is always a wine that needs time to show its true colours. It is made for the long haul, with ample tannin and acidity as well as fruit density to last the distance. Densely packed layers of aroma on the nose, with a strikingly intense palate, are supported by especially vibrant and luscious fruit notes and fine tannin structure. A wine that will continue to open and grow with time in the bottle. 

Our 2023 Estate Chardonnay offer notes of meyer lemon, nectarine and orange blossom on the nose. There are hints of rich honey nougat and crème brûlée on first impression, and this is followed by a core of lemon, lemon balm and peach. On the back palate there is a creaminess to this chardonnay, in turn promoting a fully rounded mouthfeel. 

The finest red expression of our single vineyard blocks, made only in the years when Bacchus smiles upon us.
