The 2011 Prestige is the 3rd iteration of this wine, it is a small production wine only made in the most exceptional years. The Prestige cuvee is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. The wine shows rich characters from the 12 years spent on lees. 
 

Our new release Riesling is beautifully balanced example of cool climate Riesling, it is a pure expression of terroir – crisp, incisive and dry. The texture is silky and rounded, this complexity coming from the wine’s 100% maturation in Austrian foudres. The previous vintage recently featured in Tyson Seltzer's top 250 wines of Australia of 2024.

2024 Primavera Chardonnay has a nose of white nectarine, meyer lemon and sea spray with a subtle hint of white flowers. The palate is concerntrated with muted pineapple, citrus custarrd and almond tart. Our 2024 Primavera Chardonnay is poised and powerful.

Our 2016 Blanc de Blanc like all of our sparklings is crafted méthode traditionnelle, with 7 years on lees and over 12 months under cork pre-release which promotes complexity. A generous palate with rich tertiary elements making this wine's length long and delicatable.

Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is hand picked and whole bunch pressed and then barreled down to Austrian Fouderes in our underground cellar to ferment and mature. Our winemakers employ simple winemaking techniques to create a fumé style with purity and finesse to balance the astringent tannins and phenolics while promoting texture.  The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of orange blossom, melon and pineapple. This wine is gentle and has a fine line of acid with a gentle, long, yet fresh finish.
