Grown under biodynamic management on grey gravel soil and some red clay based soil in Tasmania's Derwent Valley. Made in a nouveau style rather it has nice bright red and purple fruits with tight acidity. Whole berry, natural fermentation followed by 11months in old French oak. Unfined and unfiltered.
