2 x Reserve Brut NV (22) - The new release Reserve Brut NV is predominatly from the 2022 vintage with some barrel aged reserve wine dating back to 2012, and is 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. the nose it has a beautiful bouquet of lemon, nectarine, toasted almonds and a hint of minerality, with an undeniable sea spray and slate feature. Underneath the fresh attributes there is a subtle hint of toast, fresh baked croissants. On the palate the lemon and stone fruit feature prominently with peach, nashi pear and chalk.
1 x 2011 Prestige - (60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir) our Prestige has a fine bead and golden honey hue. The wine shows rich notes of brioche, dark manuka honey and marzipan on first look with a backdrop of peach, lemon and salted pistachio. On the palate the richer notes on the nose from the time on lees is backed up with a honeycomb, cheese rind, roasted hazelnut and baked apple. The finish is long and delectable, with deliciously intensity!
1 x 2011 Grande Vintage - Our Grande Vintage has a fine bead and mousse, (50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir). The nose there are strawberries followed by nashi pear, crunchy green apple and lemon. Flint, brioche, roasted chestnuts and white flowers also feature. On the palate toast and almond meal are on display with a touch of sea spray. Long, savoury with a toasty complexity - this wine runs a fine line between power and elegance.
1 x 2016 Blanc de Blanc - Lemon, honeysuckle and custard apple feature on the nose with an underlying toasty element which presents as butter pastries - freshly baked croissant, almond danish, and caramelised apple galette. The extensive time on lees has developed a toasty and mature palate with notes of crème caramel, crème d’amande and apple tarte tatin. The finish is long and rich with a delicatable mousse.
1 x 2017 Brut Rosé - This wine is undeniably 100% Pinot Noir with its generous bouqeot of quince, dried strawberry, apricot and red apple skin. The time on lees provides a delicate hint of mature notes of toasted brioche, roasted pistachio and caramelised almond pastry. The palate has mouth watering acidity, supple tannins, and superb layering of fruit featuring morello cherry, poached quince, strawberry and apricot.
