Terms and Conditions
- By completing your details here you are agreeing to join the Buon Gusto Wine Club and you are offering to make a contract to purchase goods from Stefano Lubiana Wines Pty Ltd. The goods will be sold on the basis of the terms and conditions set out below. Please read these terms carefully.
- I authorise Stefano Lubiana Wines Pty Ltd to debit my credit card with the cost of my agreed Buon Gusto wine deliveries
- The Buon Gusto package price will vary and is determined on the wine selection by Stefano Lubiana Wines Pty Ltd at the given time
- To maintain Buon Gusto membership the minimum number of deliveries is once per year
- Buon Gusto Packs are dispatched twice a year in May and October.
- Approximate delivery time from dispatch of goods is 2-8 business days depending on your state/region and providing you delivery details are up to date.
- Wines and vintages are subject to change and are dispatched as they occur, at the discretion of Stefano Lubiana Wines Pty Ltd
- Buon Gusto Membership is prohibited to, and goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years.
- Stefano Lubiana Wines Pty Ltd does not accept, as a general rule, any returns of wine for change of mind purchases. We will however replace a wine that is deemed to be ‘faulty’ in any way as authorised by both the customer and the winemaker or damaged in transit as reported by Australia Post. Please contact Stefano Lubiana Wines Pty Ltd on cellardoor@slw.com.au if this is the case.
- Stefano Lubiana Wines Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel a customer’s membership at any time.
- Our prices are subject to variation however Stefano Lubiana Wines Pty Ltd will contact Buon Gusto members should a price change affect the package total price.
- The wines you purchase are not for resale.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change. Any change will be notified via the email that is registered with Buon Gusto.
Privacy and Security
- All information provided to us will be stored securely, with credit card information encrypted. We will never pass on your details to any third parties and all correspondence will come directly from our staff at Stefano Lubiana Wines Pty Ltd.
- By signing up to be a Buon Gusto Member you agree to allow Stefano Lubiana Wines Pty Ltd to move your credit card information to a different gateway or platform. For example in the event of threat of a data breach. We currently use Winedirect to place your orders and Eway to process your credit card details.
- These privacy and security terms are subject to change. Any change will be notified via the email that is registered with Buon Gusto.
